Treviso is a good find — a fantastic Italian restaurant tucked away in the Ringling Art Museum. It could possibly be one of the best places to eat in Sarasota!

We also have a weak spot for crumbed calamari, for if we see it on a menu we’d normally order it … Luckily for us these calamari were very good. It was cooked well, not overcooked and rubberry, but just right. The batter was so tasty that we did not need to use the dipping sauce …

Mine was a roast chicken salad — the breast was a bit dry for my tastes (I’m usually a thigh fan). Once again, the salad had fruits again … delicious!
