We only managed to have breakfast at the Bistro at Hotel du Vin, Newcastle … but we had a glance at the dinner menu at it looked impressive!

While I was very glad that I tried the waffles with bacon and maple syrup! I think these are one of the best I’ve had so far!

I was very pleased with the breakfast at the Bistro — and wouldn’t hesitate to revisit to try out the other items.
