Legendary Noodle House makes their noodles on-site, and it shows! (Well, you can see them making the noodle) They taste teriffic as well.
House Mixed Chrystanthemum Green Tea
We ordered some fried pea shoots with garlic (very tender and yummy), and I had the Legendary Noodle (Sour soup, tofu, carrots, mushroom, diced pork, chives) while Muffin had Hot and Sour Soup (with drizzled egg, mushrooms and bamboo strips), washed down with the House Mixed Chrysanthemum tea.
The food here was delicious, and would recommend it as it wasn’t the usual greasy Chinese fare with mystery meat.
