We went to Nick’s diner for a late breakfast with some friends. I decided to order the Black Cherry Forest: two buttermilk pancakes dusted with cocoa then topped with a black cherry and kirsch compote and finished with lashings of warm Belgium chocolate ganache, cream and ice cream. And it was DELICIOUS!
