Darling Quarter

It’s been a long time since we’ve been into the city in Sydney, since the days before we had the little dude. Now that there’s a convenient metro station right in the ‘burbs that connected us to the main train lines, we could easily make the trip.

The Darling Quarter was a short walk downhill from Town Hall station and the area has been revived somewhat, with a brilliant water play area to keep kids busy. There was also a playground with slides. There were lots of food / eating options around, from the usual fast food chains to more expensive restaurants and lots of ice cream and gelato shops too.

There was a Lego Play event on when we were there, so we took lots of photos with Lego figures scattered around Darling Harbour.

We didn’t pack a change of clothing this time, so we came back some other time a little more prepared. :)
