Pottering about in Kew Gardens

As Dezza was in town, we decided to bring him to the Kew Gardens to show him more of the English obsession with ... gardens. We braved the long tube journey (an hour or so!) ... and then braved the queues at the gates (alongside whinging American tourists) then calmly forked over £12.25 each.

We'd only just arrived, and Dezza was complaining that he needed to eat, and nap! So we headed over to the Orangery. Foo had some Barramundi, Dezza and I had some goat cheese tartlet, and Muffin had chicken breast. All of them came with some horrible tasting boiled leathery vegetables ...

Then we were off to burn off those calories ...

We found some Giant Rabbits but the queues for patting them were too long ...

Looking at the map, Muffin decided that he really wanted to see the compost heap. So away we went ...

We found a peacock at the compost heap.

Shake your tail feather!

... and at the stag beetle loggery ...
