Border Grill , Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas NV

We were given some corn chips and various delicious dips when we sat down. We ordered a cranberry mojito, some guacamole to go with the corn chips, and then for our mains:

Mahi-Mahi Burger with fries

Tecate Carnitas: slow roasted pork

 

We were way too full to fit in dessert, so settled on a mug of black coffee instead to help digestion. Am glad we wandered into this delicious modern Mexican restaurant!
