The restaurant felt like a greasy family steak house, complete with screaming kids and gluttonous families (us being one of them) ... drink orders needed to be repeated, and waiters were well trained in looking without seeing ...

To my disappointment, my medium-rare steak was well done, and the steak wasn't as tasty as I hoped ... our home-cooked versions were still far better (and cheaper). The gravy was hopeless as well ... The tiramisu, on the other hand, was ok.
