Sea Bay Chinese Dumpling
372 Pitt St, Sydney.
For the freshest, tastiest, unpretentious and authentic Chinese cooking, haul your butts to Sea Bay Chinese Dumpling Restaurant! This was my second visit, and I couldn't help but to order what I had the first time I came ... their clear lamb soup with bread. Believe me, I had a lot of trouble deciding -- should I order something I hadn't tried before, or something I know to be scrumptious ...

Lamb noodle soup and bread
It was a chilly Sydney day, and so the lamb soup hit the spot -- and warmed me from the inside out. :) The simple, heavy bread filled up the remaining gaps in my tummy and cleared my palate in between mouthfuls of soup ...
It was so tasty I forgot to photograph my dining companion's food! It was also too tasty for me to waste any stomach room by sampling their food :P Muffin had some hand-made noodles (I ate one strand of the noodle ... yum!!)
Must go back again, this time with more people ... so I can sample more dishes!
Went back again -- unfortunately I couldn't resist and ordered the same dish ... Muffin ordered some "Tasty Noodles" :)

Tasty Noodles ... No, really, that's what it's called!
