Choc Chip Banana Muffins
Ingredients
225g | self-raising flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
150g | caster sugar (can be reduced to taste) |
100g | Unsalted butter (softened) |
3 tbs | milk / plant milk |
2 medium | eggs |
100g | dark chocolate chips |
3 medium | overripe bananas |
Makes around 12 muffin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases.
- In the mixer:
- put all the dry ingredients into the bowl
- put all the wet ones in and mix
- add choc chips and banana and mix
- Now to bake:
- divide mixture evenly into twelve and pop into oven
- bake for around 20 minutes (check that a skewer comes out clean)
